840667 - Unable to install 3rd party app Bessa

Download starts ok and appears to reach 95%, then gives a "download stopped" error.  Tapping app icon in launcher to resume download immediately gives a "download stopped" error.  Deleting application and re-downloading has the same result.

Note: this is a 27mb packaged application.

Can you dump a logcat to this bug?

Specifically, I'm looking for what error code the app install manager fires.

Updated to nightly build 2013-02-11.  Attaching logcat.

Of interest:

Same result with reviewer certs installed.  Able to install other packaged apps without error.

Actually, I'm seeing a different error now.

That's likely a bug on marketplace. Let me take a quick look.
