We will consider a low risk uplift nomination this week to get this in v1.0.1 but this isn't blocking any blockers and we're being very discriminating about what is a blockers at this point.

I think you're talking about "Facility Lock for Fixed Dialling".
FDN is a type of SIM Contact.

"FD" SIM card or active application in the UICC (GSM or USIM) fixed dialling memory feature (if PIN2 authentication has not been done during the current session, PIN2 is required as <passwd>)"

Isn't this a meta bug? I thought we don't block on meta bugs and we block on the dependencies.
