see Screenshot, a Firewall alert for ssltunnel.exe was popping up when running tests on 864-002

So i guess we have to whitlist ssltunnel also on the w864 maschines

So basically the same as for python - see bug 840919

Dustin: So far i haven't clicked anything in this dialog to let you guys play - also seems to work anyway so far
No screenshot..

per the google doc, we have an exception for ssltunnel, so I'm guessing that this is just a different path than expected.

OK, yes, the path was different (missing "\tests").  Easy fix.
