To be clear, Gregg needs a 64-bit Linux build machine.
Just spoke with Gregg on Vidyo and it turns out that he needs to debug a failure in browser-chrome tests -- which means he needs test machine access, not build machine. Updating summary to match.

I have access to a build machine.  I really am quite lost on what to do now though to build / test / debug the broken tests.  

What I do have -- authority and time and fix TP for real :)

On slavealloc I have a note that this machine was loaned in this bug.

per bheasrum gregg isn't using this vm. I'm going to terminate it on monday
