The log for this is no longer available, but I assume it's an insufficient timeout issue like the others.  I'm thinking it would be best to bump the timeouts of all the telephony/sms tests to 60s or so, to allow for these cases where the emulator callbacks can take 15s or longer.

Increase test timeout for all SMS WebAPI tests. Will make a separate patch in a different bug for the telephony tests.

Updated patch as the tests were changed in the meantime, and one was removed. Just carried forward the r+ as no changes except the increased timeout.
