Details

It is unclear why the Gallery application needs the "audio-channel-content" permission. I've filed this bug so that we can investigate and remove it if possible.

FYI : Gallery should be showing video content that was taken from the camera according to design.  This used to be the case.

Sorry I didn't notice the request.

Without that permission, viewing video in gallery app wouldn't interrupt the background music. It's addressed in the bug 821627.
