Steps to reproduce:
Maximise Firefox.
Middle click with the cursor at the bottom of the screen so that the auto-scroll icon appears.
Actual results:
The auto-scroll icon is clipped (see attachment)
(Note that the clipping does not occur against any other edge of the screen, including the top)
Expected results:
The auto-scroll icon should not be clipped

Confirmed with 2013-02-18-03-11-06-mozilla-central-firefox-21.0a1.en-US.linux-x86_64 (no hw acceleration).

Reproduced with 2014-11-07-07-36-59-mozilla-central-firefox-36.0a1.en-US.linux-x86_64.
Note that it's "bottom edge of screen", not just "of window", so switch full screen mode on (F11) if you have something under the window.
