The alarm dialog uses only a small amount of space for the attribute names even if the attribute values are not that long which is an issue for localization, see the attached screenshot.

Hi, all,
Still reproduce this case on Mozilla central build(Master).
* Reproduction steps:
1. Navigate to settings page
2. Tap "Language" then chose "Deutsch" as display language.
3. Tap clock app and navigate to alarm page.
* Expected result:
All wordings will adjust to the suitable location.
* Actual result:
Part of layout were disorder.

I remember there is an issue mention about re-design the layout for alarm-edit page.
Bug 832336 - [Clock] Clock settings need adjustment
It will help to fix the issue here.

This bug is no longer present due to the alarm screen redesign in v1.3.
