Steps to reproduce:
1. Load details page for an app (ex. https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/app/angry-sonic/ )
2. Press the Write a Review button
3. Enter some review text and delete it
Expected results:
There are no design or layout issues.
Actual results:
"This field is required" error is not aligned with "150 characters left" text.
Notes/Issues:
Verified on FF21 (Win 7).
