8426 - all Windows re-sizes too small when drawn

Build:
 PPC June 17 Seamonkey build (1999061708) installed on PPC 9600/300 Mac OS 8.5.1

Problem:
 When Apprunner launches, it re-sizes the window too small to display the page
contents.  You must resize the window manually. When the window starts to display
it has the correct window width then it strangely resizes before finishing
displaying the page. This problem also occurs when you open Messenger or start a
new Compose message.

Note: according to Esther Goes, this problem also occurs on the Win32 June 17
Seamonkey build.  Could not test on Linux b/c start up bug 8416.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Remove your old mozregistry and profile info
2) Run Apprunner
3) Go through the Profile Wizard
   Note: on the mac, it will initially crash (bug 8325) but it does create the
profile directory/folder.
4) Copy your prefs50.js into the profile directory if you plan to run Messenger
5) Launch Apprunner again
   Notice the browser window get resized too small by the time the page finishes
loading.

Please...need to fix for QAP Mac automation scripts...who set this thing so
small :-)?
