84267 - Can't import address book from NS4.7

This bug exists a long ago. I never was able to import address books from NS4,
in both of the PCs I work on. Messagea were imported correctly, only address
book fails to import. The last attempt was yesterday, on a clean Mozilla install
(I deleted all mozilla content in \Windows directory, including mozreg.dat,
before installing the new build). In bug 35509, Mozilla isn't considered able to
import address book from NS4.x. Bug 54760 refers to automigration problems. I
really cannot understand what's going on here.

1. Have a NS4.7 installation with some addresses in its Address Book.
2. Be sure you don't have NS6.x installed or delete all assosiated folders
3. Install Mozilla and leave it migrate the old profile.

Expected results:
NS4.x Address Book is imported along with the messages

Actual results:
A pab folder has been created in Moz Address Book but it's empty.

Saw it on Win95 and Win98, build 2001060420. In the Win95 machine, NS4.77 users
data files path was: Program Files\Netscape\Users\default.

I mark this as a dupe of bug 35509.

Mozilla can´t import the NS 4.xx because NS4.xx use a non standart format.
Mozilla can import the adress book if you export your NS4.xx adress book to a 
standart format. (see 35509).
NS6.0 can import the adress book because it´s from NS :-)
