842939 - Release Mozmill 1.5.21

We will have to release Mozmill 1.5.21 mostly due to bug 841978. But I will look around which other trivial things we would need to have included. Lets target the release for end of the week.

Andreea, could you team please help us testing this version across platforms? You will have to use the developer version. There is no package available yet. Thanks.

We've tested on all platforms, unskipping testMasterPassword and testPasswordSavedAndDeleted. They all passed.
Also manually checked the preferences and they are being correctly set.
