Steps to reproduce:

On Windows, the Ctrl+D is apparently assigned to two features:

1. Display/hide Bookmarks side
2. Add bookmark

... and only the second one works.

If I recall correctly, #1 used to be Ctrl+B in previous versions.
Do you use en-us or a different localization ?
