84538 - Dialog Boxes too small after changing Windows font sizes

If you change font sizes in the windows "Appearance" Manager, some Moz dialogs
show up to small and chop off buttons. You can select different "Schemes" and
this does not happen, but if you select different individual font sizes for
different Windows elements this happens.

This behavior happens with both the modern, and classic skins, and it happens
even after restarting moz after the font change.

This doesn't happen with all dialogs.........
Just the ones I've found shown in the attachment

compelling reason, as well as check a recent *trunk* build (on the appropriate
