Details
There is no easy way to set caller id settings. We should provide such option in the settings.

Do we have telephony API / mozSettings entry exists to turn off caller ID from the front-end yet?

Yes, we have an API, it's in nsIDOMMobileConnection.[set|get]CallingLineIdRestriction.
