Once we have the buildapi instance up and running, SeaMonkey will need to update our tbpl code in order to utilize it properly
I should be easily able to do that by simply updating what I have at tbpl.drapostles.org, should there be a server side requirement I can't meet in the newer ver of tbpl I would need to get a VM/Tie-in elsewhere for us, but this should be real quick and easy.

I'm feeling this bug might be a wontfix if only because tbpl has been
decommissioned in favor of treeherder.

Agreed. I'm also dropping my hosting provider on drapostles.org within the month or so...
