846597 - Work - Default browser prompt needs to appear after launching using a shortcut to a different Firefox install

- Defect 1: If you select a custom location (say, c:\Program Files (x86)\Nightly-2)  and you launch the browser you may end up with a couple of icons in your task bar, and launching one of them will attempt to download the firefox.exe file, every time.

- Defect 2: You need to manually associate Firefox as the default app for internet actions in order to use it in Metro mode, because after defect 1 happens you don't get prompted to set it as your default browser.

This is bug 841610.

Is this still a bug if bug 841610 is fixed? Maybe some str for this would help.

Ditto what I said in bug 841610 for this.  Requesting feedback for triage reconsideration and also for the 2nd question in Comment 1.
