this is a feature request to show prompt when there is open access point.

I think an automatic prompt may be too invasive for the user. The best case scenario would be to have a toggle option in the wifi settings screen asking the user if they would like to be prompted about new networks. I would recommend placing this under the advanced settings on the wifi page and that the default setting is set to off. 

If this is not possible, then I would say no to having the automatic prompt.
