User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.22 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/25.0.1364.97 Safari/537.22 Steps to reproduce: I tried to download the update to Firefox 19. Actual results: The updater keeps saying that I need to reboot my computer to complete a previous Firefox update. I rebooted numerous times, but it keeps saying the same thing every time I try to run it. I tried to uninstall, but keep getting the same message. So now, not only can I not run my existing Firefox, I also cannot upgrade to version 19, nor can I uninstall what I already have, and do a clean reinstall. Expected results: The upgrade should have asked me to reboot once, and then proceeded to complete the upgrade.

Can you try to open Firefox with a new profile?

What (if any) url did you use to download the update?

BTW: no need to try a new profile since the detection for the reboot requirement happens in the installation directory.
