 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
 [STK]no icon display just display text when execute "setup menu" or "select item" with self icon
 
 REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1.load one simulated SIM card and SATK application which can send "setup menu" command;
 2.power on phone and run the case SATK->setup menu->SAT08009->Self Icon;
 3.self icon not display ,just display the text------KO;
  for select item command is the same as setup menu.
 
 
 EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 if setup menu with self icon , should display icon ,not display text as command: 
 1.Title icon use IconID(8) and the icon can displayed normally;
 2.Item icons use IconID(4),IconID(1),IconID(8),IconID(8),IconID(8),IconID(8).
