I installed the java2 plugin (sym link to /usr/java/jre1.3.0_02/plugin/i386/ns600/libjavaplugin_oji.so) , and restarted browser. It sees the plugin properly but when you hit a web page with a java applet the browser hangs, and must be killed. This worked great in 0.9, but is now broken in 0.9.1. http://www.aws.com/king/broadcast.asp?javaid=RDMND&units=0 http://java.sun.com The above are confirmed sites that fail everytime, yet worked fine in 0.9. Thanks.
this is a dup...I had mentioned a similar comment..where" it actually takes some time to laod a pag with applet" and user thinks that the browser is frozen (forever). need to find that bug. Btw, java component is OJI
