848080 - Re-image byob-repack minis as Win7 test slaves

There are 5 byob-repack machines in mtv that are currently unused. We should re-image these r3 minis as Win7 test machines to help with wait times. Since the machines are currently in mtv, we'll probably want to relocate them to a proper colo too (scl1?).

The machines in question are:
byob-repack01
byob-repack02
byob-repack03
byob-repack04
byob-repack05

And that handily answers the question we had about "who onws these machines and what are we going to do with them when we have to be out of mtv1."

These will be renamed to:

I'll get to work on getting dns, dhcp, inventory, deploystudio and nagios updated and comment here when we're ready to have the machines moved.

DCOps: When you move them, you should just be able to plug and netboot them and have them install.  Please be sure to match the dongle status to other w7 machines and activate windows if necessary.

Thanks for jumping on this quickly. As you can see in bug#847868, we're getting super heavy load on win7 test machines.

In order to power the additional mac minis in SCL1, we'll need to have Internap install power to the last rack.  This could take a few days. Is there a dire urgency to get these mac minis online right away?

We want them ASAP but obviously we wouldn't want you to have to deal with them twice.

Feel free to block on the Internap install if that makes it less of a burden.

109 needs some on-hands love since it's not reachable.  Please netboot it again.

These machines don't seem to have the dongle. They burned all jobs on staging.
The other set is fine.
