To make the new Privacy Settings feature more visible should we add text to the homepage to help make the user aware of this new feature?

Suggested:
Add some text to the user's homepage to draw awareness to the new feature.
I agree, the area highlighted by attachment 1 [details] [diff] [review] should include the word "privacy". 

I'm adding this to the document we're building related to the strings bug 846051, too.
