First, Congrats on the Bidi, it mostly works great. in the site www.motocar.co.il, Bidi does not consistently work -- on their "front page" it looks fine, but in some of their other pages (i,.e. the one in the URL given) the direction is wrong.
This looks like a problem with the site. The URL given sends logical content to IE and visual content to Mozilla, but the visual content is not good (it may be designed to appear correctly on Netscape with "webfonts", but I can't confirm that on this machine). The charset remains unchanged as Windows-1255, so Mozilla expects logical content, and even overriding the charset to Hebrew Visual is no help, since most of the visual text is in a table with dir=rtl, so it is displayed as visual right-to-left even though it is actually visual left-to-right. (Note that the copyright text at the bottom *is* displayed correctly with the charset override).

Just tested with Mozilla ID 2002012103 on Mac 9.2: Regardless of the encoding I choose, the bulk of the page appears reveresed, while the left side bar seems OK.
The behaviour on Windows is the same as Shoshannah describes on Mac. Changing OS to All.

As I see, there is no problems on that page under Mozilla 1.4rc2. Can someone confirm? The page received and readable in logical order (windows-1255), and reported as that by Gecko.
