Steps to reproduce:

Periodically attempts to send an email receive error message "Server greeting #4.4.5 Too many connections to this listener".   That isn't the problem - the server is busy to capacity and cannot receive the message.



Actual results:

The problem is that TB files the un-sent message in the Sent folder as if it had been correctly sent.  


Expected results:

The message should stand in place until sending is successful
Yes, that's a known regression which apparently sneaked in with TB 14.0.
