Allow for One-Tap Word Selection
Tested on 2013-03-12 on nightly built from http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/7433bc4545c9 Spun off of bug 831985 - touch text selection. In IE I can tap on a word in text content and it selects it. In Firefox I need to long-tap.

Discussed at the work week, ux feels we should stick with long tap to select text such that we don't get random selection when interacting with scroll and zoom.
