According UX reviewing notification message, the description of incoming transfer request should be changed as following.

===== new message =====
Title: {{deviceName}} 
Body: Review transfer request.

===== original message =====
Title: Receive file?
Body: File incoming from another device

Given that this has late-l10n and no buy in from UX team at this point we will not track.  If the UX team puts this in their priorities for uplift with an assessment of risk/reward we can reconsider.

This changed strings without changing string IDs, can you please file a follow-up bug to do that so that it's getting exposed to l10n? (Sorry, I just go through a massive update, and there are loads of these, so asking for help)
