Edit Draft duplicate receipants

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
0. Edit->Mail/News Preference->Set Reply-To Address AND set BCC to an address
1. Create a message, the receipants list show Reply-To and BCC (to myself) (correct)
2. Save as Draft
3. Double click on the email from Draft Folder

Actual Results:  There are two Reply-To and two BCC

Expected Results:  one Reply-To and one BCC

Draft is supposed to be edited again and Mozilla should not alter the receipants
list.
