83080 - default Bcc address will be multiple added to the recipient list after saving as a draft

If you have set a default Bcc address at

Mail-window: Edit -> Mail/News Account Settings -> Copy and Folder Setting ->
When sending messages, automatically - Bcc another address

and you compose a message, this Bcc address will be added the the recipient list.
If you save the Message as a draft (Compose-window: File -> Save as -> Draft)
and edit it again the Bcc address will be added again to the recipient list, but
it's still there from first composition - so it's now there twice.

Same happens if you save the mail as a template.

confirming on this on buildid 2001052506 win98, changing os to all since I see 
this on win98 too.
Setting Bcc to another address and saving the message as drafts or templates and 
later editing puts the BCC address twice in the addressing widget. But when you 
send this message I see that the message is received only once.  But the UI 
shows Bcc address twice in the addressing widget when you try to edit saved as 
draft or a template message.
