851733 - Add en-US only helpfulness graph

Please add a graph to the en-US KB dashboard that shows the same information as the helpfulness graph on the KPI dashboard, but for en-US only.

Adding new charts has historically been 2pts. This one should be fairly easy as it's the same as an existing chart but filtered to one locale.

Our current KB helpfulness chart is already en-US only (see bug 782292). So, are we just duplicating this chart over in the KB dashboard?

Maybe I'm mixing up something, but there is no helpfulness chart on the KB dashboard, unless we are talking about the one at the very bottom with the rising and falling articles.

If we are talking about the KB helpfulness chart on the KPI dashboard: That should be for all locales. If it isn't then this bug should be about making that apply across all locales and adding the en-US only one to the KB dashboard.

FTR, we had already added this graph back in bug 782292 but then broke it in https://github.com/mozilla/kitsune/commit/b98180993de33430b179af90ce6ec16c06fcf7eb

I've now fixed that, added it to l10n dashboards so you can see the chart for all locales and changed the kpi chart to use data from all locales.
