Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Firefox.
2. Navigate to https://www.facebook.com/about/messenger-for-firefox and click "Turn on" messenger for Firefox.
3. Login with a fresh new account and click Notifications, Friend requests, Messages buttons.

Expected results: Messages from the opened panels are displayed properly.

Actual results: "No messages" and "No new notifications" messages from the panels are not displayed properly as "No new requests" is.

Notes:
1. This issue is not a regression: it reproduces back to Firefox 17.0 where the messenger was introduced.
2. This issue is reproducible on Windows and Ubuntu as well.

This is a Facebook issue - it seems to take some time after logging in before the panels have "real" data.
