Partial reader menu display
After displaying a page in reader mode (page is scrolled all the way from the top, awesomebar is visible) ... tapping the page doesn't display the reader menu strip ... It looks like it's positioned off the bottom of the screen, ie: scroll down just a bit and tap page again the menu strip displays some of itself ... scroll further and you can see all of it. Tapping is enabled after having scrolled down, but disabled again by scrolling all the way back up.
