We'll want to QA this for regressions, especially on Netflix.

We currently softblock Silverlight 0 - 5.0.*, due to bug 782672. Do we want to remove that block and replace it with CTP? Or should we only add a CTP block for 5.1 - 5.1.20124.* to have the same level of coverage for more recent versions?

Netflix was CTP blocked with Silverlight 5.1.10411.0 and Firefox 19.0 through 22.0a1. Though clicking the block overlay I was still able to play Netflix videos. After updating to Silverlight 5.1.20125.0 I am able to play Netflix videos without being CTP blocked. Feel free to push this live at Release Management's convenience. Paul, if this gets pushed tonight please verify it in production. Thank you.
