Steps to reproduce:
I just looked at random images on the internet, from Facebook, Google Images, etc.
I checked my connection and it's perfectly fine.
Actual results:
The images were loading very slowly of even stopped loading for large ones. Also, the progressive "depixelization" algorithm from Firefox was stopping mid-way, leaving the image with a very low resolution.
Expected results:
The images should have loaded normally.

I believe this is a regresson from Bug 853337
