Bugzilla's search plugin for Firefox (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/search_plugin.cgi) uses a base64 encoded image for the icon which is fine in general. In this case however, it is the same icon as devmo's search plugin icon (which is also their favicon).

Confusion is inevitable when having both of them added to your search plugins.

We should change the icon to bmo's favicon. By using a link to the actual favicon (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/extensions/BMO/web/images/favicon.ico) instead of the base64 encoded image, we don't have to change the image again, should bmo's favicon ever change.
