 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
 [APN]Write PLMNs with simulated card, the APN list is empty.
 
 REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1.write PLMN on simulated card, set PLMN= 46003
 2.insert it to Bettle Lite FF,check the APN list,it is empty---KO
 
 Set PLMN=46000,46002、46007,APN list are all empty.
 set PLMN=46001,it display Unicom APN list.
 
 EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 The handset could display relevant APN list as reference mobile.

It seems like that the APN setting of china mobile is not in the data base. 
Joe, who can check the data base?
