Steps to reproduce:

- place files in defaults/profile - like mimetypes.rdf, localstore.rdf and cert8.db
- start with a blank profile



Actual results:

- the files are copied over to the profile and used, 
- but not cert8.db


Expected results:

cert8.db should be used from defaults/profile to provide new profiles with the certificate settings that should be used by the user.

This is used (in an enterprise environment) together with MCD to the end user.

Alternative show other methods to predefine certificate settings (like trusted CAs) other than copy cert8.db to the profile.
