Steps to reproduce:
1. Submit a new theme in Dev Hub https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/theme/submit
2. Navigate to Theme Review Queue https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/reviewers/themes/queue/ and observe the previews for the added theme

Expected results:
The previews for the added themes are displayed in Theme Review Queue list.

Actual results:
Theme preview is missing.

Notes/Issues:
Verified in FF22 (Win 7).
