 Device doesn't support any other type of attachment apart from image.
 office attachments like word, excel ppt etc...
 music files like .mp3
 plain tet files like .txt 
 So it doesn't allow neither to view nor to save the attachments.
 
 Customer Impact Statement: 
 user will not be able to view any other attachment apart from image.
