If the Save File dialog is in foreground, the menu items New Navigator Window, Message, Open file... have no effect. In fact, no menu item seems to work if the Save file dialog is in foreground.

I'm sorry that wasn't the "Save File" dialog but the "Saving File" dialog when downloading files...
