Description:
When the user is in sound settings and pushes the volume rocker the user can see slider moving in a delayed manner causing a slower performance.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Unagi Build ID: 20130322070203
2) Go to Settings
3) Click on Sound
4) Press the volume rocker (button on the device) to increase or decrease the volume several times
5) View the UI of the volume slider

Actual:
The volume slider moves slowly (3 secs)

Expected:
The volume rocker and slider moves together

Holding the volume button can show the lagging of the volume slider.
V1.1 is still affected; v1.1 is not as bad as reported.  It's about a 1 second delay if you hold down; if you press a couple of times it seems ok.
