In view mode, you can sort add-ons in a collection by Popularity, Added, and Name. We should also have the ability to sort on these parameters in Edit mode, and save the order.

Collections are the primary way we feature add-ons, and this ability is important for displaying the most important ones. For example, on the Firefox for Android about:home page, the two featured add-ons are pulled from a collection. It takes the top two add-ons listed, and if an add-on is already installed it will take the next one on the list. So if people are complaining about a feature and we want to mitigate it by featuring an add-on they can use as a work-around, we don't have an easy way of showing it on the about:home page.
