Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:19.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/19.0
Build ID: 20130307023931
Steps to reproduce:
I, with FF launched and working, put my computer on "hibernate", then turn it back on.
XP SP3, FF 19.0.2
Actual results:
FF is still opened, as it should be, and can be minimized or closed.
However, scrolling down, changing tab, opening any link, trying to type in the address bar won't do anything visually.
The window will remain the same whatsoever.
Switching windows will "update" the FF window, showing every new tab opened, and closed tab closed, but it won't update until you switch windows again.
Expected results:
FF should be working normally.
Summary: Firefox refuse to render any on-screen change after hibernation → Firefox refuses to render any on-screen change after hibernation
Summary: Firefox refuses to render any on-screen change after hibernation → Firefox refuses to render any on-screen changes after hibernation

Is your Issue reproducible when you disable the Hardware Acceleration under Options/Advanced/General and restart Firefox?
No, the issue does not happen if Hardware acceleration is disabled.
Also, another bug stopped happening.
Restarting FF after the issue described here happens used to cause the FF process to launch, but no actual windows to open.
This issue also disappears with the option change.

Ok, thanks for Testing. So this seems to be a Hardware Acceleration Issue.
Please post the Content of the "Important Modified Preferences" and "Graphics" Section you can get via "about:support" after you re-enabled Hardware Acceleration.
