858103 - Reject reasons are not displayed properly in Theme Review Queue landing page

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load Theme Review Queue landing page https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/reviewers/themes/queue/
2. Review all the listed themes but don't press the Commit Reviews buttons.
3. Press the Load More button.
4. Press the Reject button for the next listed theme.

Expected results:
The reject reasons are listed properly.

Actual results:
The reject reasons are not displayed and the drop-down box with the reject reasons is opened for all the previous themes.

Verified on FF23 (Win 7).

Issue is still reproducing in https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/reviewers/themes/queue/ on FF23 (Win 7). The reasons are now displayed but the drop-down menu still opens for all the themes

Issue is still reproducing in https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/reviewers/themes/queue/ on FF23 (Win 7). The reject reason drop-down menu doesn't open for the themes displayed after the Load More button is pressed.
