Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:19.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/19.0 Build ID: 20130307023931 Steps to reproduce: Sent a mail with a PDF attachment. TB v17.0.4 on Linux sends PDF attachments as application/x-msdownload and not as application/pdf. Thus many messages are filtered out by receiving servers. See also report: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1949353 Actual results: The attachment was sent with MIME type: application/x-msdownload Expected results: The attachment should have been sent with MIME type: application/pdf
Quote from that thread: "I have found the solution. The "attachments" section in the options had two entries for PDF, and one was for application/x-msdownload. Deleting this entry solved the problem. Apparently these options control how attachments are sent as well as how they are handled when received."
