When a ftp url end by '/' add to bookmarks, on personal toolbar it will show as
folder, but on bookmarks menu or manage bookmarks is show normal.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/
2.add to bookmarks
3.dropdown the bookmarks on personal toolbar

Actual Results:  the bookmark will display a label named 
'FTP Directory: ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/',
and can be clicked to launch the url.


Expected Results:  the bookmark show as a folder named 
'FTP Directory: ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/',
and can't be clicked to launch the url, it will expand a sub-folder without any
items.


'ftp://ftp.nai.com/pub/antivirus/datfiles/4.x/' has the same result.
