8593 - [PP]Mouse exit must be generated when mouse leaves apprunner window

I will be closing out Bug #3175, but for it to work on the Mac the proper exit
event must be generated. I am under the impression that a final mouse exit event
is NOT being generated when the mouse leaves the app window. (See comments under
Bug 3175) If it is then kill this bug.

No, I opened separate bugs, one for Mac and on for GTK. The comments are almost
identical.

I think this one has been fixed by the changes I made last month in
nsMacEventHandler. It's probably a dup of #9456.

i think so too. i've noticed that we do get mouse exit events when the mouse
leaves the window. marking a dupe of 9456.
