+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #622679 +++

The in-page autocomplete widget finds and suggests matches from inative/disabled accounts as well.

This was fixed in bug 622679 some time ago but seems to be back in the current version hosted on BMO (4.2?).
not sure what happened here -- js/field.js is explicitly asking for disabled fields, however neither bmo/4.0 or bugzilla/4.2 have that.
