85966 - Print all pages, only get first page

Tried to print to network attached printer with landscape, double sided long, 2
pages per page landscape.  Only the very first page printed, but it was printed
with the proper printer attributes listed in the previous sentence.

Had to go to 4.x to print my document :-(

This needs to be fixed in 092 if possible.

I need a URL to fix this.  There is another bug listed that had table that only 
printed the first page.  Also.. a selection will only print one page, and 
printing a frameset as is will only print one page.  If it is any of these 
cases.. they have bugs and are future fixes under the current architecture.
