859820 - Theme License radio buttons are not activated accordingly when license is selected from the license list

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load Create a New Theme landing page https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/theme/submit
2. Press the "Select a different license." link
3. Select " Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 3.0"

Expected results:
Radio buttons from all the 3 questions above are updated accordingly, in this case Yes for the first, No for the second and Yes for the third.

Actual results:
The radio button from the last question is not activated, in this case, the Yes radio button. Issue is also reproducing when "Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivs 3.0" license is selected, for the second question Yes radio button should be active.

Verified on FF20 (Win 7).

Issue is also reproducing for "Creative Commons Attribution 3.0". Please fix in that place too.
